2012 ไม่น่าซื้อครับ เพราะทุกรุ่นตั้งแต่ week ที่ 5 มา
Gib โดนอายัดไม้ เลยต้องนำเข้า rosewood fingerboard แทน
ซึ่งตามกฎหมายได้หนาไม่เกิน 6 mm
ดังนั่น gib ทุกรุ่น ไปยันรุ่นสูงๆเช่น cc4 , cc2 ตัว vos
จะโดนเป็นไม้ fb ซ้อนกันสองชิ้นแทนครับ ;)
ซื้อปี 2009-2011 + murphy ดีสุดครับ
หรือไม่ก็ CC1 vos หรือ cc2 aged ถ้างบไหวครับ ;)

ถึงtopจะถ่ายรูปขึ้นให้เห็นอย่างสวยงาม
แต่ข้างนึงเป็น quilt อีกข้างนึงเป็น flame แสดงถึงความชุ่ยในการผลิตจริงๆ ไม่สมราคาเลย

หากจะซื้อ R9 นอกเหนือจากที่หมอเอแนะนำแล้วผมขอเสริมเรื่องลายไม้ครับ อยากให้ไปหาดูลายของ 59 original ครับ แล้วตอนซื้อหาตัวที่ลายใกล้เคียงกับ original ครับ มันจะดูคลาสสิกมากๆ

Body perimeter change - slightly tighter in waist, cutaway area refined to be more like originals
The maple cap is very slightly thinner, the mahogany body is very slightly thicker
The fingerboard is slightly thinner
The step from neck heel to back of body is taller and more correct
The taper of the "maple window" under the binding in cutaway is more accurate
The maple spline (filler strip) in the tenon is more accurate
The edge radius on the backside of the body is tighter (less rounded)
The "mustache curve" of the headstock top has been flattened slightly
The control cavity plate has been relocated, has the correct side taper, and now uses the correct ABS plastic
The pickguard shape has changed slightly
The pickguard bracket and screw have been changed
The truss rod cover has been reshaped to be more accurate
The serial number location is slightly lower and more correct
Dial pointers are less sharp
The strap button screws are longer
The jack hole is now the correct 1" diameter
The toggle switch nut has more correct knurled pattern

ถ้าไม่ได้ปี 2009-2011 ยังไงก็ลองหา 2007 ขึ้นไปครับ เพราะตั้งแต่ปีนั้นใช้ Real Honduran Mahogany Backs ครับ
มีอะไรสอบถามได้ครับ ตอนที่ผมซื้อr9ปี 2009 มาศึกษา r9 & the original ละเอียดมากครับ
